We are here!!!

Jambo (Hello) Everyone!
We have made it! We arrived Wednesday night around 10 p.m. We ate at the hotel once we arrived. Both flights went well. We only had a 20 minute lay over in London so total we were in the plane for 17 hours. We were ready to be out of the plane by the end of it and eat real food! All of our bags made it except one which will arrive tonight. The weather is wonderful. I have to wear a light jacket because it is cool. It rained in the morning. We are resting today. We both have the urge to go to sleep in the middle of the day but are fighting it. We got cell phones today so we can all stayed connected. We are staying in a hotel tonight. There is no air condition but the weather is so nice we don't even notice. The showers have hot water- yah!- it takes around 10 minute before it gets hot but it does evidently. The hotel has breakfast in the morning. Chad and I ate omelets, fruit, and bread. It was very good.
Thank you for all your prayers! We are so happy and excited to be here! It is such a blessing to see the wonderful creation God made. It is so green here! A nice sight after Lubbock.
We are trying to learn the language. We will soon get a language helper to teach us. It is hard for my mouth to make the sounds but Chad is learning quickly.
Tomorrow, Friday, we leave for Tanzania. The flight is only 1 1/2 hours- so much better! We leave at 6 a.m. I am not sure what internet connection there is in Tanzania but I will try to update as soon as I can.
